Marjorie Bard, Homeless and DV Advocate, is Cyberbullied and Stalked by Matt Berdyck/ Kane/Em Kay/etc.
Matt has been harassing, bullying, and stalking people he "doesn't like" for many years. If the victim responds, s/he is guilty of harassing and bullying him. In his mind, victims have no right to respond to blatant defamation -- even if his lies result in the victim losing a career/job and home. He blames his victims for all of his life failures, especially when you didn't know him at the time. His life stories are never the same, but he is always being bullied by individuals and gangs! Matt is the bully -- and he occasionally admits it.
Matthew Berdyck/Kane has criminal and civil records in OH and WV for threatening behaviors as well as stalking and breaking into a woman's house with the intent to harm -- violating an Emergency Domestic Violence Order spanning 2 states. He says he is living and working in San Francisco, Los Angeles, Mountain View, and "Silicon Valley," CA -- but never has an address for a sheriff to find and serve him. He insists he is a famous film maker but has only made a couple of YouTubes which he believes make him eligible for inclusion in Wikipedia as a "famous, notable filmmaker and environmental advocate." (I do not take credit away from his research, but he compares himself to Erin Brockovich -- and Hunter Thompson, the famous gonzo journalist.)
He enters many social media discussions and immediately "attacks." He warns and threatens the members until he is banned. He has numerous false name accounts on Google/Blogspot, lying aggressively about people, ruining personal and professional reputations. Among other malicious blogs, he has kept one Blogspot for 2 years, changing his name from Matt Kane to Lisa Bailey, defaming the same woman he began to stalk in 2013. Google will not remove it, even knowing Matt is a longtime liar/stalker.

Matt also sends vulgar threatening emails to your home and business. He knows no boundaries for vicious defamation and has been known to report anyone to the police for bullying him! He commits libel; find a lawyer and hope a judge sentences him to jail again!If you are considering hiring a young lawyer in Glendale, CA, be aware she is a personal friend of Matt's and the one who has given him permission to libel anyone he says is bullying him. She sends Cease and Desist letters to Matt's victims, warning them not to respond to his vicious lies. She says her knowledge of his potential to stalk with intent to harm again is "confidential," allowing him to continue to verbally and physically stalk.
Where and how will this end for Matt? He has revealed a significant loss of emotional self-control, stalking a famous journalist and an equally famous environmentalist. He compares himself to mass shooters since they all insist they were bullied -- and finally had to retaliate against society. He needs mental health care but refuses to even take prescribed meds.
It is now June 14th (2013) and Matt Kane is still sending me filthy private emails, threatens my life, and promises to have me blamed for his lifelong homelessness and unemployment -- and I only encountered him on a discussion on LinkedIn about 2 months ago. He has threatened the lives of others, but sticks to old women and young very vulnerable ones to attack. He is afraid of males; he never blogs about how they banned him from all discussions on 3 social media sites.

In the meantime, he roams from OR to CA and now says he is going around the country passing pamphlets about how I'm responsible for his homelessness and unemployment.
I am not going to say, "He's crazy," as others have described his mental state/behaviors. He is self-described as being mentally ill; I don't have to belabor that point. But, he is harming other homeless people by saying that I am a psycho, insane, and hurt homeless people. Forty years of assisting the homeless are proof enough that I am the stable one and he is in need of mental health care.
If you know where he is, call the police and let's help him get the care he needs before he physically abuses another woman. That's what he does: blame others, stalk them, and then moves to physical violence. He has a record of family violence in OH.
It is now November 12, 2013. Matt Kane, aka Matthew Alan Berdyck and many false names on FB, Google, and LinkedIn, has finally topped himself. He now adds a photo of a black man shouting obscenities at me where my name appears. He is already known as a gay-basher, liar, porn-pusher, and has criminal records in OH and WV to prove his inability to follow societal rules. He doesn't believe rules apply to him, for he identifies himself as "mesus," Jesus-alive-on-earth.
DeleteIf you read his blogs, the newest one titled "notmarjoriebard," you raise his rankings on Google for being "famous." He insists he is a nationally-known filmmaker and outstanding Hollywood writer. He isn't. I wish he had such success! If he had found any success in anything in life, he might just have a normal lifestyle. But he doesn't; he spends so much time on the computer trying to find ways to bully, lie, and stalk people whom he picks like a person playing "Pin the Tail on the Donkey," he has no time to improve his filming and/or writing skills. He isn't stupid; he is bright enough to con people out of money and make them believe in his lies.
I don't know what it will take to create a "normal" person, but he is headed for the worst kind of future imaginable: prison for several felonies. He won't be a bully in prison. He will be the victim. He will try his usual physical abuse, but is there hope for him as the tough one who frightens the guys who work out? He's already a coward; he won't blog about the famous men he threatened on LinkedIn. They banned him, but he prefers to bully/stalk only the young, disabled, and old. Says a lot about him.
Court records do not lie -- although Matt says they do. He insists he has never beaten a pregnant girlfriend, never been jailed, and never abused another "wife/girlfriend he impregnated." He's an outright liar. He even admits it on occasion. He can't keep his lies straight. He will continue to bully, stalk, and lie about everything, but if he is going to be a racist and gay-basher, he has found the wrong victim in me.
It is now December 11, and Matt continues to fabricate outrageous material about me and others. His latest stunts include posting a Craigslist ad with my name and nonprofit org to find any information he can use to ruin my reputation, calling my neighbors and home town police for any gossip he can find, printing an IP trace to make it look as if the Dept. of Defense is tracking me (when it is his emails which contain threats and vulgar language) so he can call me a "domestic terrorist," and blogging that I don't exist but am really Peter John Ross. Matt can't decide if I'm actually a living person or someone impersonating me. That is the short list!
DeleteWe know he is mentally ill, but is he so mentally ill that he should be removed from society so he doesn't physically harm those he libels on the web? His history of criminal acts including physical abuse is noted online in OH and WV, so this is not unusual for him: first verbal abuse and then physical injury. He keeps insisting he is coming to my home to make me sorry for replying to his disgusting blogs. He began this libel, so he should remove all traces of his blogs and apologize on the web.
On Dec. 1st, Matt was removed from the Orange Manor Hostel in Hollywood, CA for "causing a disturbance" and arguing with the staff due to his statements he was being bullied by said staff. Why? Because he says he is now LBGT, and Orange Manor Hostel is unfriendly and hurts LGBTs. It doesn't even make sense since that hostel is in the heart of Hollywood and every gender identity lives and works there. It is one of the most gender-identity-friendly places in the U.S.! And Matt has never identified as anything but a gay basher before (Reddit banned him for doing so). It is obviously the only thing he could bully and libel the hostel about...and the owner has implied a lawsuit is pending. I hope it does go forth, since Matt will continue to tell people not to use that hostel, and it has international trade...with a wonderful reputation.
I hope I don't have to continue this saga, but Matt will surely bully, stalk, and libel many others. It is the only lifestyle he knows. He realizes he is not the "famous nationally-known filmmaker" he insists is his identity, but he repeatedly says he is. He made 2 YouTubes which were not purchased since they were not well made, tried to sell the tapes on LinkedIn -- and was banned due to bullying/harassing group members. He had already been banned from the LinkedIn Film and Television Professionals for threatening the life of the Group owner and then banned from the Homeless and Housing group for bullying those discussants. His FB and Google pages have been up and down, but he keeps reappearing to stalk new people with many false names and birthplaces/history.
Matt's blogs include two which state he is a CIA agent in disguise as a filmmaker. He doesn't tell readers that he creates those blogs himself, so don't pay any attention to those lies. I guess all I can say again is to stay tuned for more Matt Berdyck Kane/Smith/Jones (etc.) bullying, stalkings, and a lot of libel. The FBI already has a file on him, but so far to them, he is a flea. They expect the state courts to deal with him for libel and physical harm.
It is Jan. 18, 2014 and Matt Berdyck/Smith/Jones/Kane/Sparky Johnson/d pantz/JimBob/Alex Jones/etc. is still blogging lies about me and other victims which are vicious lies. He brags he has a wonderful Hollywood job and friends, but nothing makes him happy; he can't stop lying about his life and that of others'. His obsession with lying has been a lifetime of harming anyone with whom he doesn't agree. It has led to arrests and convictions in OH and WV, and still he doesn't understand that hurting others is not "normal." His vulgar emails to his victims at home make it plain that something "good" is missing from his "soul" (for want of a better word).

His activities of late are worse than ever. Now he's trying to sue all of his victims for stalking him -- once again! He has the gall to tell the world that victims are being monitored by the NSA, DOD, and CIA. for stalking him. I am supposed to be a Domestic Terrorist being tracked by every dept. of the government. He began stalking me in May, 2013 as a real person on LinkedIn. He accused me of "running concentration camps for slave labor homeless people." Then he decided I do not exist but am a famous filmmaker impersonating me, writing "my" books and making "my" documentaries. He calls me a psychopath, "100% insane." He says he is a nationally-known famous filmmaker and he has only shot a few very short YouTubes which didn't sell. He sounds delusional, but I know he realizes he is just a nasty liar...and it pleases him.
Matt has gone so far as to hire lawyers to take me to federal court for stalking him...in a "gang" of all things! A gang of stalkers are "after him." But all of the evidence screencapped for a judge to read are dated with his photo and words: he has been the initiator. His victims try to tell the truth about themselves and Matt just creates more outrageous stories. Why would any lawyer believe him with all of the evidence proving Matt is the guilty one? He doesn't need defending; he needs mental health care which was part of a sentence in OH. He brags that fans donate thousands of dollars to defend him. I feel sorry for them; they have been duped.

It's an odd excuse, for that hostel is smack in the middle of the large area of Hollywood which is extremely lgbt friendly. If this gets into any Hollywood trade paper, he can kiss his "career" goodbye and blame everyone else for ruining his life...once again.
It's now March,2014, and Matt Berdyck has lied, warned, threatened, and emailed vulgar letters for so long, he moved on to committing libel against Monsanto for paying me to "proxy recruit" for them to ruin his "career." It is so ludicrous that Monsanto's legal dept. may be the first to get him into court for felonies.
DeleteI couldn't pay a publicity agent for all of the people who have looked at my LinkedIn Profile to find I am as legitimate as anyone can be -- and proven Matt is just a nasty man with nothing to do but bully as many as possible and libel/harass his many victims. He is his own worst enemy, but doesn't realize when people check you out, you aren't "a fraud," but an honest person working for societal change through causes while he has been a "nationally famous filmmaker" with only a few short YouTubes which never sold. I am not making fun of an attempt to become a good filmmaker. It's just that he isn't but insists he is -- and blames the world for his failures. He admits occasionally that he is only out for the money and hates us all. He thinks we don't read these comments which he sometimes later deletes.. Every victim has screencapped his admissions; they are all evidence he is "the fraud."
Matt has been banned from most websites and has to find new places to stalk and commit libel. To find out about him, just go to the OH and WV criminal and civil court records and hope you come across some of the "hidden" ones as well. He has been a stalker since he was 19, and it hasn't been cyberstalking. He ignores court orders and goes to victims' homes and commits physical harm.
Don't feel sorry for him. He is the kind of narcissistic stalker who needs to be a famous person -- and he is succeeding, but not the way he wants. His malicious intent to make me and many others his victims hasn't worked. He will be back in jail again for criminal and civil actions.

I'm too much of a lady to say what I think of him. But others have no qualms about telling all about him, his criminal past, and no matter what he lies about, there are facts and court records to back up what is said about him and his activities. Now he's on to another "scam" by taking money from people...which he says he doesn't do. He just keeps saying that his fans donate anonymously to him, so what he spent on Blame Reagan is now supposedly being spent on a new project. Matt, you can't have it both ways. Get your lies in line. You are not consistent, and the lies prove that.

Matthew is extraordinarily mentally ill. He allegedly suffers from severe narcissistic personality disorder and uses the Internet to wreak havoc in order to replenish his narcissistic supply. Because Matthew is a homeless drifter, it is nearly impossible for law enforcement to track him down and hold him accountable for his crimes.
