ReplyDeleteMatt is a master liar, can't get his stories straight, and has attempted to destroy every person who doesn't bow to his "fame" as a filmmaker. Being banned from YouTube isn't an honor. He insists he has never been arrested, but the Akron, OH court system shows a record for more than three criminal offenses. His battering incidents go back to WV. (Beating his pregnant girlfriend and later family violence with ex wives.) He also says that police in OH "beat him mercilessly" and left him disabled with a broken spine. Later, his story changed; it wasn't true. Recently, he blogged that he was beaten by a Mexican gang and "went blind." He put up a blog pretending to be his mother saying he was in bad shape from the attack. His mother denies she blogged anything...and 3 other victims have phone contact with her, not I, so I can't be blamed for any of that nonsense.) Matt now blames ME for his long life of blatantly horrific behavior: I have made him unemployed and homeless! How can that be possible when I have only known of his existence for 3 months and he has been homeless and in serious trouble for years?
ReplyDeleteWhen a homeless person IDs himself as bi-polar, people want to help. But Matt turns that to responses in filthy language, harassing, threats to "come and get you," and then creates lies to make YOU into a bully via the internet: blogs that he usually uses akas for, and he even has stolen the ID of a real person: Alex Jones, a radio personality. (Google's Content Policy about filthy language, threats, spam, impersonating others, harassment, and stalking don't apply to Matt, who claims that he "has a good friend who works at Google and helps him.")
Matt has, over years, become a stalker who is dangerous. He bragged in emails and blogs that he contacted state authorities about my little eco-village (for self-sufficiency so the homeless have a place to live and work by themselves to make an income). He threatened the owner (who donated the land) so badly that he had to tell the members to go back to live in their vehicles "on the road." Matt insists that HE is helping the homeless, and I am collecting "slave wages" from the homeless in the eco-village. He is a vicious liar; I do not receive a dime and never have for 40 years of work helping the homeless. I have used my own money to travel and locate the undetectable homeless, interview and film them (pixilated faces and bodies), and write books to go along with my documentaries.
Matt arrived on LinkedIn(May,2013) begging for us to buy his tapes or we were selfish. I did offer to give him a contact to a Hollywood figure who might help him get his latest video distributed. He took that offer as an insult, saying he was already famous, and I must apologize to him. I doubt that any of us on a "Homeless Housing" discussion knew he had already threatened other Group owners and been banned from discussions about the film industry. If we had known that, no one would have even responded. He was finally banned from the Homeless discussions.
What would you do if this happened to you? I reported him to the IC3 of the FBI, which focuses on internet abuse. I found out that others have reported him as well.
Character assassination is a felony, and Google is to blame for allowing Matt to continue to put up blogs that are nothing but malicious lies/spam/harassment/threats. Google should be sued for not heeding their own Policy. Write to Eric Schmidt, Larry Page, and Sergey Brin about their disinterest in Google's staff helping Matt to ruin others' lives. DON'T BE A SILENT VICTIM!

ReplyDeleteMatt uses Kane also, but his actual birth name is Matthew Alan Berdyck. His criminal records are in Akron, OH and Scott Depot, WV. They are online, were free until so many people wanted to look them up that the courts decided to charge for a "look see." They are screen-capped for everyone for free, of course. One only has to ask for them and I or other victims will pass the information along. No secrets that victims haven't found by now. Matt has been bullying/lying/stalking for years now, and one woman has a lot of his comments in an archive. His criminal records reveal both mental and physical abuse, not only toward women, but against police/sheriffs whom he says "beat the hell out of him," and "they are known for killing prisoners in Summit (?) county."
DeleteA new page has been created by one victim of his on FB. It's called Poison in the Grapes -Victims of Matt Berdyck (or something like that). I'll get the actual name soon and let it be known for all of his victims to join. He will be sued and worse, and that will be the end of MABK. In the meantime, everyone he has called vulgar names or bullied/stalked is welcome to join the group. Share your experiences with Matt. No one should be subject to his gay-bashing, racist, insulting comments on the web for all to read.
There are many many akas Matt uses for FB, Google, and LinkedIn. We'll have them on the FB page. Beware, for he creates new identities every day. Never answer any email which comes to your home email unless you know the person. He makes up new IPs and mail-names daily. He pretends to want to know who Matt Kane is.
Don't feel sorry for this man, no matter how "sad" you feel about his terrible lifestyle. He has been hurting people all of his "adult" life. He is a master liar and can make you think he might be telling the truth. He doesn't know how to do that. Right now he has two new last names on LinkedIn: Matt Jones and Matt Smith along with his own Profile using any name he desires at the moment. He has gone so far as to put up a webpage calling himself a CIA agent, and we should all beware of him as an agent of the gov't. The sender is something like "cointel...." It's Matt. He likes to create false names and backgrounds.
WARNING: Matthew Berdyck is an extremely dangerous Internet predator with a lengthy criminal record including violent crimes. He currently has active arrest warrants in the state of Ohio. Matthew is extraordinarily mentally ill. He allegedly suffers from severe narcissistic personality disorder and uses the Internet to wreak havoc in order to replenish his narcissistic supply. He is homeless and collects disability income. His full-time job appears to be unleashing as much devastation and pain to as many people as possible using the Internet.
ReplyDeleteHe has committed many cybercrimes spanning the last decade which include: stalking, harassment, extortion, criminal intimidation, false copyright complaints, death threats, threats of violence, threats to commit acts of terrorism, and has even referred to himself as a "potential mass shooter" who may "snap". There have been hundreds and hundreds of documented victims of Matthew's cyberstalking and harassment dating back to 2012. Because Matthew is a homeless drifter, it is nearly impossible for law enforcement to track him down and hold him accountable for his crimes.
If you encounter Matthew Berdyck DO NOT ENGAGE HIM UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE. He is an extremely dangerous mentally ill Internet predator that will stop at nothing to inflict as much pain and suffering to your real-world life as possible. This message serves as a public notice to help prevent further people from being victimized by this evil man.
