Google's policy, as they state in e-mail, is that they do not delete or censor alleged defamation. That is in their terms of use.

MATT KANE: You neglect to inform others that while Google desires Free Speech, they DO DELETE material which is hateful toward groups (in this case the homeless I work with), DO delete threats, which you have done since you appeared on our LinkedIn Discussion on Housing for the Homeless, and definitely DO delete HARASSMENT, which is your forte. I found you making threats on the LinkedIn emails to me and then I found horrific lies about me on the internet in your blogs. You even attached a .png to my photos which is a lie, harassment, and a threat to my life and work.
DeleteSO YOU ARE WRONG, AND LYING AGAIN! You don't believe that any rules of behavior apply to YOU! Very sad, and a good reason for you being arrested (for harassment and threats) and put in jail. A court trial will determine your future.
As for BRII, if it is as bad as the first attempt, it also will be disgusting and banned. You have stated that you will ignore all copyrighted material and actually have threatened the government: re-read your threats about the Redding Police Dept. You seem to forget that you have threatened everyone who has been the object of your hatred.
Matt Kane has stooped to a new low: adding a porn photo which he made himself to my blogs. If anyone didn't believe how disgusting this man is, I think this will do it. It is also against the law in CA to attach porn to others' blogs, so this will be added to the lawsuit charges against him. Several victims will provide evidence that just verifies his past criminal acts against innocent people. Porn, Matt? It ruins YOUR reputation, not mine!

DeleteJust a note to tell everyone that Matt Kane/Matthew Alan Berdyck and several akas, has put up a vulgar blog about me calling me a word that no one uses in polite society. He is mentally ill and homeless, but that is not an excuse for Facebook and Google to allow him to rage-rant against his victims, whom he accumulates by increasing numbers. He has threatened the lives of all of his victims, and it is peculiar that Google and Facebook founders allow his lies and vulgarity to continue. I have to blame Larry Page and Mark Zuckerberg for the felonies that Matt Kane is permitted. Matt will end up in court and eventually "put away," but now he is free to victimize women, mainly, with his vulgar words and actions. Where is the staff of both websites with ethics?

DeleteHe now has a Facebook page called Poison in the Grapes and is trying to scam in people, he has a lengthy record. He is very easy to look up on the Summit County clerk of Courts Web site, come on people wake up, this man is mental and is going to hurt someone, he has now set up a web site suing the name of a Akron Beacon Journal Writer on Facebook Causes, this will come to light soon, listen to this person, she is telling you the God's truth.

All of my time is being taken up trying to have him found and jailed just as if he were threatening the life of President Obama. If Matt did the same to President Obama, the FBI would have had him found and behind bars by now.

Yes, Matt; you are a terrorist. You always have been. You just don't know how to get along with people. When you blog and add nasty lies to someone's photo (imgur, I guess), you are pure evil. And when you destroy a longtime respectable nonprofit org that has been assisting homeless people, telling them not to contact us, you prove how soul-less you are. Shame on you for such a nasty thing to do to homeless people --the ones you pretend you are "helping." All you want is for people to help YOU!
ReplyDeleteYou know very well that my nonprofit org is NOT creating self-sufficiency communities that are concentration camps nor internment camps for the homeless! I have discovered just how evil you are, and when some kind of "justice" catches up with you, YOU will be in a real "internment" camp: a prison. If you dare to show my photo or anything that I have copywritten in any film of yours, I will have every police station on the lookout for you, whether it be in SB, L.A., or OR. You are not God; you are a human being about to be hunted down like the killer animal you are. You are killing the hopes of homeless people who have been assisted by my nonprofit for many many years. Your "new" BR better have a lawyer's POV before you end up incarcerated for a lot of things that I never knew about before I finally put up a blog saying what a purely evil person you are.
Who do you think a judge will believe? Your life of all lies or my very credible helpful one? Do you count all of the people you have as enemies? Just one or two fans who MAY give you money are not going to swear in court that you are a "swell guy."
All I ever asked of you was to take down your lying blogs about me, but NO; you have to destroy a nonprofit that has come up with the only innovative way to help homeless people live and work in their own communities, making new lives for themselves. I don't even believe that you are mentally ill. I think you are the most evil man I've ever known, and will say and do anything to profit yourself. You keep blaming me and others for your lack of housing and employment, and it's all YOUR fault! NO ONE has stopped you from either! You have done it all by yourself for your entire lifetime.

How about the broken spine, and then it's a healed neck injury, and look how you walk for miles carrying heavy packs all over you. Is this some kind of "disability" that we all should be applying for? I know a lot of people who are REALLY disabled and don't get a monthly check. Your films deny that you have such terrible disabilities! Think about THAT. I have heard remarks about your "disability" before and never really considered the importance of it.
Don't go so far as to put yourself in a much more dangerous field of interest by more than those of us just blogging.
It's now Sept, 2013, and you are still lying to folk on Facebook and anywhere you can. When you lie to people who want to believe you are sincere, it is pathetic. You keep putting yourself in jeopardy of being caught by an investigator and being jailed or institutionalized. No "thumbs down" pictures can hide your past and present admissions that you just want money. They are listed on FB: all of your rants on a page saying so. I found it by accident, but longtime FB users know how to find it. You admit you hate everyone and just want their money. More than one has copied that page and will put it up elsewhere if you don't start acting like a human being. You can only fool fools. Not all FB "fans" are actually fools, and they will see the true Matt Berdyck Kane -- and undoubtedly ask for their money back.
DeleteWARNING: Matthew Berdyck is an extremely dangerous Internet predator with a lengthy criminal record including violent crimes. He currently has active arrest warrants in the state of Ohio. Matthew is extraordinarily mentally ill. He allegedly suffers from severe narcissistic personality disorder and uses the Internet to wreak havoc in order to replenish his narcissistic supply. He is homeless and collects disability income. His full-time job appears to be unleashing as much devastation and pain to as many people as possible using the Internet.
ReplyDeleteHe has committed many cybercrimes spanning the last decade which include: stalking, harassment, extortion, criminal intimidation, false copyright complaints, death threats, threats of violence, threats to commit acts of terrorism, and has even referred to himself as a "potential mass shooter" who may "snap". There have been hundreds and hundreds of documented victims of Matthew's cyberstalking and harassment dating back to 2012. Because Matthew is a homeless drifter, it is nearly impossible for law enforcement to track him down and hold him accountable for his crimes.
If you encounter Matthew Berdyck DO NOT ENGAGE HIM UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE. He is an extremely dangerous mentally ill Internet predator that will stop at nothing to inflict as much pain and suffering to your real-world life as possible. This message serves as a public notice to help prevent further people from being victimized by this evil man.
