Marjorie Bard, Homeless and DV Advocate, is Cyberbullied and Stalked by Matt Berdyck/ Kane/Em Kay/etc.  

Matt has been harassing, bullying, and stalking people he "doesn't like" for many years. If the victim responds, s/he is guilty of harassing and bullying him. In his mind, victims have no right to respond to blatant defamation -- even if his lies result in the victim losing a career/job and home. He blames his victims for all of his life failures, especially when you didn't know him at the time. His life stories are never the same, but he is always being bullied by individuals and gangs! Matt is the bully -- and he occasionally admits it.

Matthew Berdyck/Kane has criminal and civil records in OH and WV for threatening behaviors as well as stalking and breaking into a woman's house with the intent to harm -- violating an Emergency Domestic Violence Order spanning 2 states. He says he is living and working in San Francisco, Los Angeles, Mountain View, and "Silicon Valley," CA -- but never has an address for a sheriff to find and serve him. He insists he is a famous film maker but has only made a couple of YouTubes which he believes make him eligible for inclusion in Wikipedia as a "famous, notable filmmaker and environmental advocate." (I do not take credit away from his research, but he compares himself to Erin Brockovich -- and Hunter Thompson, the famous gonzo journalist.)

He enters many social media discussions and immediately "attacks." He warns and threatens the members until he is banned. He has numerous false name accounts on Google/Blogspot, lying aggressively about people, ruining personal and professional reputations. Among other malicious blogs, he has kept one Blogspot for 2 years, changing his name from Matt Kane to Lisa Bailey, defaming the same woman he began to stalk in 2013. Google will not remove it, even knowing Matt is a longtime liar/stalker. 

 BEWARE!

Matt also sends vulgar threatening emails to your home and business. He knows no boundaries for vicious defamation and has been known to report anyone to the police for bullying him! He commits libel; find a lawyer and hope a judge sentences him to jail again!

If you are considering hiring a young lawyer in Glendale, CA, be aware she is a personal friend of Matt's and the one who has given him permission to libel anyone he says is bullying him. She sends Cease and Desist letters to Matt's victims, warning them not to respond to his vicious lies. She says her knowledge of his potential to stalk with intent to harm again is "confidential," allowing him to continue to verbally and physically stalk. 

Where and how will this end for Matt? He has revealed a significant loss of emotional self-control, stalking a famous journalist and an equally famous environmentalist. He compares himself to mass shooters since they all insist they were bullied -- and finally had to retaliate against society. He needs mental health care but refuses to even take prescribed meds.
